one month back tvs show an endometrium of 24mm. after the period it is 4.5mm.
if tvs is normal, any other tests are necessory to rule out uterine cancer

To rule out an endometrial cancer, endometrial biopsy is the surest test. A TVS scan can only detect the thickness of the endometrium but not the nature of the endometrium. Do get an endometrial biopsy to rule out cancer.
