take meparate as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hi mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes this is very high a thickness which is usually less than 12 mm
Take meparate as advised and then visit your doctor to know if all the endometrium has been shed off in the periods.
She might repeat an ultrasound too.
In case still endometrium is still increased then you should get an endometrial biopsy fie evaluation of the reason for the same.

Can I know for what purpose endometrial biopsy Is adviced?I am very worried if it is a serious Issue?? Can you please advice on this.Doctor suggested me proper diet and Regular excercise.
Brief Answer:
Not a serious issue
Detailed Answer:
Yes she is right as it seems like you are not ovulating properly and thus must be suffering from irregular periods.
This erratic ovulation pattern is responsible for the increased endometrial thickness because of inadequate shedding of endometrium during periods.
Via diet, exercise and weight reduction you will set all your hormones in right proportion in your body.
So take the tablets as advised and hope for the best.
It is not a serious issue and thus can be managed.
Don't be anxious so soon so just relax.
