Question : I am still bloating will a enema do any good.

You are experiencing bloating and I would like to recommend as follows:
- use simethicone
- use plenty of water
- avoid fatty and sweety foods
- avoid beans and carbonated drinks.
- avoid constipation

With regards to enema it will relieve constipation and will help to reduce bloating.
But the treatment of choice in your case is simethicone.
