Is Excessive Crying Normal In Babies?

Question: My 1 Month old girl cries a lot and when we take her in lap she just stops crying, mother is unable to breast feed and we are giving her nan pro 1. She doesnt sleeps in night and sleeps during day time. Is all that normal.
