I am so sorry to hear about overdose on morphine and tramadol. Though drugs are helpful, overdose can cause serious inconveniences. Please, always respect the dosages. This is not a life threatening side effect and would subside with time. The most feared effect is difficulty breathing and you seem not to have that now. If you do have any, then consider going to the ER for help. Otherwise, stay back and take drugs as recommended. Why are you on these drugs? The can cause severe constipation and you should increase vegetable, fruits and fiber intake to prevent constipation.
