                                    Brief Answer:
It depends on the ambient temperature, please.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If the baby is actively feeding, gaining weight well and playful, you need not be worried.
I have a few questions for you -
1. Is there any bluish discolouration on the lips and fingertips?
2. What is the baby's date of birth?
3. What is the current weight of the baby?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Brief Answer:
It seems to be because of weather changes - don't worry.
