Question : Does exercise a pilodinal cyst? He is afraid to exercise.

The exercise is not a cause for pilonidal sinus/cyst.
A good local hygiene and cleanliness is the key to cure.
Keep the perianal region dry and avoid synthetic under garmets- use cotton under garment. Trimming local hair and reducing body weight would be further helpful.
