Is Exercising At Gym More Beneficial Than Walking?

Question: What is more appropriate: walking (early in the morning) or to join the gym ?

Hi and thanks for your query.

Both walk and gym have their pros and cones.

During walk, you can easily do it without any accessories or equipment, enjoy natural environment, can do it even if having medical conditions, will help in weight maintenance.

In gym you need the accessories, thus a person is less likely to do it. But you have the option of doing different types of exercises in one go. Thus a combination of aerobic, muscle building and stretching exercises is possible.

In my opinion both can be taken during the one hour period. Some time can be given to walk and rest of the time to gym.
