Question : how long do I have to wait to work out after having a gallbladder removed?

Brief Answer:
3 months.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

You should wait 3 months. Otherwise you may have a hernia in the umbilicus. This area is where the gallbladder is taken out so it remains the largest hole. It needs 3 months to heal completely.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
