Brief Answer:
This will not affect the baby.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Just inhaling a few fumes from the burnt plastic or the smell of it cannot harm your baby. It is frequent and continuous prolonged exposure that can affect the baby's growth. There is no need to worry and it is best to avoid any such happenings in the future.

Go for regular scans and antenatal check up.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.
