Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

As you describe,it seems there is no significant head injury.
If already passed around 18 to 24 hours after the event, and there was no loss of consciousness, vomiting or drowsiness and the child is active, alert, playful and accepting feeds well, there is nothing to worry.
If not passed this much time,we have to closely watch for theses symptoms and report to ER without delay if any symptoms appear.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing for everything to be fine.
Thank you.
