Fasting blood sugar of 150 confirm the diagnosis of diabetes. (Considering you are not known diabetic and blood sugar level done in lab on venous blood sample.
If you have done blood sugar level by glucometer, you should do OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test) or HbA1c to confirm diagnosis of diabetes.
If you are a known diabetic then you need titration in your current antidiabetic medicine or need to start on medicine if not on medicine depending upon Fasting, postprandial blood sugar and HbA1c level.
It is better to consult near by diabetologist for clinical examination and further evaluation.
