Is Fasting Required Before A TSH Test?

Question : For routine TSH test, is it required to be on fasting for 10 hours before giving your blood sample? Or can you I give blood sample at any time of the day? And does the same hold good even for Thyroid profile test?

I am being treated for hypothyroidism and i am on thyroxine 25mcg
