A feeling of fullness after putting on a bra. And also after removing the bra. Patient has gained about 10 lbs.

I have gone through your query.Thanks for using HCM.
Usually surgeon uses left internal mammary artery for grafting the blocked aretery of heart.so you can say artery of chest wall is transferred to heart .Thus chest wall area gradually adopts to blood supply through surrounding channels.so there is uncomfertable tingling or heavy XXXXXXX felt in chest ,this is common after bypass.but it is not the heart pain which patient felt present bypass.
Such sensation may be aggravated by even touch of cloth .usually this lasts for about six months and patient gradually adopts it.
Your wright gain needs serious attention .
