Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. at 26 weeks pregnancy, fetal weight of 800 gms is perfectly normal. It is not at all decreased.
Hemoglobin of 9.5 is slightly less. She should have a hemoglobin level of at least 10 at the time of delivery. To increase Hb , she should have iron supplementation in form of tablets and have iron rich diet like green leafy vegetables, peanuts, chickpeas, and meat (if she is a non vegetarian).
There is absolutely no need of iv injections of iron to increase the hb levels, as it can be easily increased by oral tablets and iron rich diet.
