Is Fleet Enema Recommended To Every Abdominal Surgery?

Question: I am having laparoscopic surgery tomorrow to I know the right ovary is going to be removed but surgeon won't know until he gets in about left ovary if he has to remove left ovary as well. I have to give a fleet enema I never had to have a fleet enema before should using a fleet enema should my bowel movements be clear when I know the fleet enema is done like when preparing for a colonoscopy, or doesn't it mater if bowel movements become clear with a fleet enema how do I know it worked correctly for that type of surgery I gave the fleet enema about an half hour or a bit longer ago I had been to bathroom twice since then with bowel movement but I had a few bowel movements as well during day before getting fleet enema. I just want to know if I need to see same as with preparing for colonoscopy to have clear bowel with the fleet enema or how do I know it worked correctly.

Fleet enema is recommended to every abdominal gynecology surgery because a full bowel may cause difficulty during surgery .
One fleet enema is enough before laparoscopy.

Don't use solid foods after enema uses ,only clear liquids (6 hours before surgery)
LIST OF CLEAR LIQUIDS
Water
Clear broths (chicken or beef)
Juices (apple or cider)
White grape juice
Clear soda
Tea (no milk, creamer, or honey)
Coffee (no milk or creamer)
Jell-O (without fruit/no red Jell-O)
Popsicles (without fruit/cream)
Italian ice (no red)
Clear Gatorade
Spices and seasonings such as salt, pepper, sugar, and sugar substitutes may be used.

Have a good results after laparoscopy.
