Brief Answer:
Get an ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If your beta hCG levels are above1000, then you are definitely pregnant.
Since you are 6 weeks pregnant by the date of your last menstrual period. You should get a ultrasound done to confirm the pregnancy and its viability.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
