Brief Answer:
Continue breast feed, the flow will increase gradually

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This is very common during initial days but I would suggest you to continue the breast feed.
Breast milk production depends on various factors like mother's emotional status, her nutritional/fluid status, stimulation of nipple, attachment to the nipple and proper positioning of baby while feeding.

The breast milk production is less during initial days and the milk is thick, yellowish(colostrum) but rich in nutrition and antibodies. The requirement is also less in early life, so this colostrum is sufficient. After 4-5 days gradually the milk production increases but this may be less particularly after cesarean delivery.

I would suggest you to take Plenty of fluids with high caloric diet. The more you feed more will be the milk production.
For attachment to nipple and positioning you can take help of midwifery or nurses.

Attach baby to nipple before giving breast feed. Try avoiding bottle feed and instead of bottle use katori spoon, as bottle feeding may cause nipple confusion or habit formation.
I am sure that if you just continue trying breast feeding the milk production will increase.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
