Is Frequent Urination A Symptom Of STD?

Question : I was recently this last weekend in Vegas, Friday night very late I was very drunk, went to the strippers, I am married and I will never do this again, however I was in the back room and all I can remember happening and I do believe I remember everything but I just keep thinking and over thinking it and thinking maybe I don't remember everything.... She was giving me a hand job and at one point had my balls in her mouth, I think that's all that happened she could have put her mouth over or around my penis alittle bit I don't think she did but it could have happened. Ever since I've had the urge to pee every five minutes this is like day 5. I don't have any symptoms yet anyway of herpes or any burning when urination but I sure have the urge too a lot. What stds could I have caught? If she did put my penis in her mouth then could I have gotten some kind of unirary tract infection? I'm basically just freaking out.

Could this please get to the right Drs sorry I didn't mean to leave it on Oncologist.

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Now first of all ,I would tell you not to be very worried .
The chances of transmission of any std by oral contact is very less ,the chances are high only if there are any open wounds both over the oral mucosa and the genitals of the person receiving oral sex .
Now in your case ,the most important symptom is frequent urination .
Urinary tract infect seems to be the reason for this presentation in your case.
I would not attribute this to herpes for sure since there is no pain or apparent lesions in your case .
My advise would be that you should increase your daily water intake and see if the symptoms become better .
However if you continue to have increased urination or develop any pain during urination or fever along with chills ,then you might need to get a complete urine analysis done.
For the time being ,I would advise you not to be stressed about any other std transmission chances ,since the chances of the same are very less ,and also there is no need to undergo any major testing .

So would do I need to get a Chlamydia check done or gonhorrea or any of that or just a simple urinalisis? What are the chances of catching any real std from this contact? Could anxiety be causing the frequent urge to urinate?

Yes you are right.
Anxiety and stress could surely be contributing to this increased urination urge .
But at the same time ,a simple urine examination will give us a fair idea if everything is normal .
Presence of pus cells or red blood cells or any casts in the urine will tell us if there is any infection or if any further evaluation is required or not .
And frankly,though the chances of contacting any std are not zero,but they are quite less for the kind of exposure you had.
Also since you so not have any discharge or pain even after five days of exposure ,so that rules out many diseases .
So just be relaxed ,and get a urine examination done if the symptoms persist .

The urination frequency has passed finally and all seems good however I do seem to have some slight aches in my testical region or I could be just over thinking it. Should I be worried?

I don't see any reason for a pain in the testicles.
It can be due to a mild infection or just an over anxiety .
Kindly observe ,if it tends to persist or increase ,see a surgeon .
