Brief Answer:
Avoid over consumption of water.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern.
It could be due high blood glucose levels since you are borderline diabetic.
If you consume more water definitely, you will pass more urine as the excess water is filtered out through kidneys.

You have said if you drink normal water then there is no problem

I would like to know the quantity of water you consume daily? Are you drinking more than enough?
If you consume 6-8 glasses of water(2 liters) normally and if you urinate 4-8 times(1.5-2 liters of urine) is absolutely normal.

You will need to drink more water when you do physical exercise or when you sweat more. If you are drinking normal amount of water and if you are passing normal amount of urine which is pale in color then need not worry.

If you are urinating frequently while consuming less amount water then you need to be concerned.
In that case I would suggest you get blood glucose levels done first and if your blood glucose levels are normal then get complete urine examination, blood PSA levels, ultrasound scan KUB to know about prostate gland condition.

Avoid over consumption of water at a time and on daily basis.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
