1. How long you have been affected by ulcerative colitis?

2. Is the entire colon affected or only part of it?

3.Are you on any medications for ulcerative colitis? If yes, what medications?

4. Are the symptoms under control?

5. What was the last colonoscopy finding?

6. What is your BMI?

1. since I was 24
2. just near the rectum
3.I was on asacol but stopped taking them
4. they are usually but when I get stressed I get them and have them now, bleeding and pain, I also have gastric paresis.
5. last colonoscopy was Nov.2012 and it was fine
6. 57.6
