Question : Can genetic alopecia be reversible Minoxidil , XXXXXXX Or finasteride , or is the transplant is the only option? Please honesty .

Hair transplant is the treatment of choice, others not much of help

For genetic alopecia minoxidil, rogaine and finasteride won’t be of much help although they can be given a try.

Hair transplant is definitely the treatment of choice for genetic alopecia.
