Brief Answer:

Seems to be sun allergy, can develop at any age

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You seem to have developed sun allergy. It can occur at any age.
It is not curable permanently but can be prevented by avoiding sun exposure. I would recommend you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen every 3-4 hours during the daytime.

Also, wear full sleeved clothes, wear a hat, use sunglasses and keep yourself as much away as possible from direct sunlight. These measures will help in resolving your problem.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
