Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. Poops are prone to such variations in frequency, color and consistency during infancy. If your baby is feeding well, active and playful then there is no need for any treatment at present. Avoid anything apart from exclusive breastfeeding or formula feeds (if started due to insufficient breast secretions) for first 6 months of life. Ensure proper dilution and regular feeds to maintain good hydration.
You may use per rectal glycerin suppository if he doesn't pass stools even after 6 days.
Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
