Trauma to the head however trivial it is should be examined by a doctor to rule out head injury....
So take your baby to ER for proper assessment and treatment of the hematoma over the fore head.

Apparently your baby sustained trauma over his forehead resulting in collection of blood underneath his skin (hematoma).

Did your baby vomit, or did you notice any change in her level of consciousness??
This is a type of head injury and any head injury however trivial or minor should be carefully monitored and examined by a doctor may be an x ray of the skull is needed to rule out fracture otherwise.

So, kindly take him to ER for initial assessment and possible X ray of the skull to rule out fracture.
