Question : long story short I accedently took 65mg of oxycodone, i have a fairly high opiate tolerance but should i be concerned? and i live in a rural area and have no way to get to a hospital. please help.

65mg of Oxycodone should not be of concern if you are on it regularly Make sure you adjust the next dose accordingly. Watch out for drowsiness and excessive sleep
