Brief Answer:

Need to be investigated.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.

If you are having less flow but your period is on regular interval than there is no need to worry.

But if your flow is low you can go for thyroid profile, hb,pelvic ultrasound and hormonal profile.

You can take iron and Folvite tablet.

In 28 days cycle ovulation occur on 14 days, so you can calculate it accordingly. Otherwise ovulation can only be confirmed with the help of ovulation kit.

Hope you found the answer useful.

Good luck.
