Brief Answer:
You need to consult immediately ER doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your husband represents uncontrolled high BP values. And besides that, his antihypertensive therapy seems to be inadequate. Losartan highly interfere with his impaired renal function, and is strongly contraindicated (also Losartan dose is inadequate).

For the above mentioned reasons, and for a comprehensive review of his clinical status (physical exam, ECG, complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, liver and renal function tests, blood electrolytes, etc ), and to establish the most appropriate therapy, I would strongly recommend that your husband to consult immediately the ER doctor.

Hope to have been helpful to you!
