Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Heavy bleeding with bowel movement can be most likely from haemorrhoid.
Do you had constipation recently?
Ice application and using haemorrhoid creams containing phenylephrine (phenylephrine haemorrhoidal gel) for local application will be helpful to control this. You should also take stool softeners like lactulose or sorbitol also. Take fiber rich food and plenty of plain water. If bleeding is continuous then you should go to ER or consult general surgeon/proctologist to have digital examination and drugs for stopping bleeding like Tranexamic acid.
Let me know if any thing not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
