                                    Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Hb of 11 or more is desirable
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the query. So for a pregnant woman, Hemoglobin of 11 or more is desirable.
She must undergo following test to determine the cause of anemia
peripheral smear examination
iron profile
serum ferritin
serum vitamin b12
serum folate
Depending upon the results, treatment can be prescribed.
Thanks and regards

Hello. She requires evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello again. As i said, tests are necessary to find the cause. Blood transfusion is not the solution. Depending upon the cause, iron or vitamin b therapy can be given.
Diet rich in green veggies, eggs, meat, nuts is beneficial.
Thanks and regards
