Hello

Your findings suggests mild anemia.
You should take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables etc.If you are non -vegetarian then you may also take fish,chicken etc.
You may also take combination tablet of iron-zinc supplementation.Along with iron you can take one glass of lemon water for better absorption of iron.Folic acid supplementation can also be taken.One tablet is to be take daily.
Target of hemoglobin should be 14.0 gm %.
