This is all about my mother who is age is 48 years. As part of general health check up we took all medical tests. I attached few reports among all where these report s shows higher/lower values then normal. can you please advice me on what needs to be taken care to get them to normal. My main worry is about haemoglobin level (7.3).

Yes the main concern is low hemoglobin and is due to the bleeding from rectal region.
She needs to get colonoscopy from a good gastroenterologist at the earliest.
Treatment of low hemoglobin will not be of help as it will again drop once again after the bleeding.
