Brief Answer:
High cholesterol levels are not related or caused by any heart valve disorder or heart rate fluctuation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

High cholesterol levels are not related or caused by any heart valve disorder or heart rate fluctuation.

Instead, it is generally encountered in the presence of certain metabolic disorders, such as thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, or even in individual with strong heredity.

Coming to this point, I recommend discussing with your doctor on the possibility of checking additional lab tests, like: thyroid hormone levels, fasting blood glucose level, HbA1c, etc.

In addition, modifying your daily diet profile to a healthy one would be beneficial in this regard.

Hope to have been helpful to you!
Regards,
Dr. Iliri
