Brief Answer:
Hip pain is not an early symptom of lung cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Your symptoms are hip pain and a fever? Can you please tell me what you mean by vamin?

Symptoms of lung cancer are coughing up blood; a cough that does not go away or gets worse; chest pain that is often worse with deep breathing, coughing, or laughing; hoarseness; shortness of breath; feeling very tired or weak; more frequent infections such as bronchitis or pneumonia that don't go away or keep coming back; and sometimes wheezing.

I would not expect lung cancer to be the cause of hip pain without any of the other earlier symptoms. In other words, there usually would not be hip pain if a person never had the respiratory symptoms.

If you can tell me more detail about your symptoms and when they started, I might be able to suggest what to do next to help.
