Question : Dear Doctor, I am a male 57 years old. My height is 1.62m and weight is 65 kg. Is our human height affected if there is bone loss?

After going through your query carefully, with ageing process and if we do not take balanced diet along with regular exercises there occurs bone weakness (osteoporosis). This is more common in females and if it affects the spine it will lead to diminished height.
