Question : I have psoriasis and the only thing that seems to really calm the bruises is hydrocortisone or lotions with cortisone. Is it ok to use it frequently ?

Hi,

Yes hydrocortisone cream or lotion can be used frequently in psoriasis as it is a very mild steroid and won’t have much side effects even if used frequently.

I would recommend you to use a moisturising lotion containing white soft paraffin on the entire body 2-3 times in a day.
This will help you further in dealing with psoriasis.

coconut oil has also been helping. what is your opinion on that. additionally some people recommend a treatment in Cuba bases on placenta gels ...
