Brief Answer:
Need to do urine culture and sensitivity.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on your description, I think you have urinary tract infection, but presence if bacteria in the urine without causing any problem is also not uncommon.

The problem however is, if there is an active infection, then that will complicate pregnancy so we have to be absolutely sure that the pus cells in the urine are not because of an active bacterial infection.

So, please get urine culture and sensitivity done and please also ask for colony counts.

Also get a CBC (complete blood counts) done.

Consult your obstetrician with those reports.

Meanwhile, she can consume cranberry juice and lots of water.

Hope this helps.

Best regards
