Good day to you, i am 20 years old and i am currently 175 CM and i would like to increase my height to 180 CM i saw different types of bills that i cant take to let me taller i attached down some of the website if you can help if i can take this bells

There is no way to increase you height other than surgery

thanks for your question.

the only way to increase your height after skeletal maturity which is 16 years approx for males is to surgically lengthen your bones.

there was is no medication on the market that will achieve this.
