im XXXXXXX XXXX a degree student. 20 years old i have not suffient height .my height is 151 im scared about my height level....can you please help me to improve my height level ...?

Hi,

At the age of 20, there is no way to increase height either by medicines or exercises.

There are certain surgical procedures which may allow an increase in height but they are very complex and may have complications. It is not advisable.

Ms XXXX my personal advice to you would be against interfering with nature. 151 cm is good for normal living. I would suggest using heels for social gatherings.
