Is Infused Water Advisable For Weight Loss And Abdominal Fat?

Question: Hello doctor..

I would like to know how long we can take infused water. I am not over weight but little fat coming up at belly. So wanted to check if an infused water can be taken everyday to stay healthy?

Not just for weight reduction, can the infused water be used for good health??

Like many therapies claiming beneficial effects in the world, Infused water also has its share of claims. But, for a healthy person that you are with no mentioned medical history and a little abdominal fat, I wonder why physical exercises and active lifestyle to begin with would not work.

Drinking pure plain water in adequate amounts is far better than any special water available including Infused water. All the water soluble vitamins and minerals would be existing in a good balanced diet anyway.

My suggestion would be to ask you to have an hour's physical activity every day and cut down on refined cereals and fried food. Go for whole cereals and proteins, not forgetting good plain water to keep optimal health. Not only, cutting your abdominal flab out over some time.
