Question :
I am allergic to Ceftin (throat closed up when taking). Does that prohibit me from using an inhaler with albuterol sulfate? Other "sporin" drugs?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Albuterol sulfate is bronchidilatator and it can be safely taken since albuterol allergies are rarity and this medication is not related to cephalisporines. also, generally, there is just small risk that you are allergic to other cephalisporines if you have ceftriaksone allergy, but anyway,it should be avoided if possible and you should use penicillin, macrolides or klindsmicin in future. wish you good health. Regards
