Brief Answer:
if there is no pain or other symptoms present then there is no injury

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If there is no pain present then there is not likely any injury to the affected area.

Pain and injury would occur if there was any significant trauma to the area.

In addition to pain , the other symptoms of injury would be swelling, redness, limited movement and in some cases, deformity due to severe bone injury.

Since there is no pain and none of these other symptoms/signs , then this means that there is no injury and you should be fine.

Hope this helps you, feel free to ask any other questions
