Thank you very much for the prompt response. I was very much concerned about it. I could read lot articles in Internet which say that having King fish will harm the baby. Now I feel relaxed. Could you please suggest me the best foods during the pregnancy period.

You need to have a high protein and calium rich diet during preganncy.
- take green leafy vegetables at least once a day
- include salads in all meals
- nuts especially walnut and almonds are very good for baby
- drink plenty of water to avoid urine infections which are very common in pregnancy.
- milk at least twice a day
- fruits like apple, pear, plum and kiwi are very good.
Take the supplements as prescribed by your gynecologist.
