Question : I'am having sharp stabbing pains on right side of my chest, in the tissue under my breast. The pain comes and goes. Pain sometimes penetrates straight into my back. Have soreness in muscle coming from armpit to top of right breast. Had trouble like this many years ago, nothing till now.

It is a muscle pain, nothing serious. If you continue to have pain after the Tylenol, then take Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 3-5 days.
