Question: I had multiple ovarian cysts and endometriosis removed at the end of XXXXXXX It is now January and I am getting intermittent swelling with frequent superficial stabbing pain and itching on one stab site. Is this normal?

Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal/ endometriosis fulguration

Is there any associated symptoms like vaginal bleeding or discharge?

A lot of clear vaginal discharge/ stabbing pain at incision site/ welting around incision site/ burning around incision/ nausea

Symptoms persistent after surgery and increasing continuously?

Stabbing symptoms happen off and on lasting for a minimum of a couple weeks at a time. Burning and welting have occurred 3x since september. Nausea is pretty constant.

only meds have been adderall, birth control, and metformin

Due to recurrence of endometriosis.

With your history it is most likely due to recurrence of endometriosis and ovarian cyst or it could be due to infection also.
