Is Irritation In The Penis After An Oil Massage A Sign Of A Contraction Of A Disease?

Question: shown a doctor picture here of penis which has had like balanitis and ive had stinging wees . I had a couple of white patched appear on penis foreskin and doc here said looked like lichen sclerosis. in long term relationship and not had sex with anyone else appart from partner . she has just had stinging wee and has had to goto doctors and has water infection she's been told . they have sent it off for tests . I'm panicked as I went for a massage and oil got on my penis few weeks before I started to have this irritation . I did not have sex with anyone else . am I worrying about nothing . I'm scared I caught something here . am I being paronoid ? I'm currently using daktakort for the lichen or thrush. that I had . ive had thrush on off for years

I have gone through your complaints and I don't think you have got any infection from massage.
Your partner might be having either yeast infection or a urinary tract infection.
I don't think you need to take stress about it.
