Question : Is it OK for me to wear my Apple Watch while going to sleep? I wore it to bed, but had trouble sleeping and couldn’t sleep last night because I was worried that I might accidentally put my watch, which I was wearing it on my left wrist, inside my underpants, protecting my penis, or even get it dirty if my penis touched my watch, or any urine from my penis touches my watch.

Even if I have my Apple Watch on me while I lay in bed, I use my right hand to touch my hair under my armpit on my left side or also touched my body inside the collar of my shirt and touched the Apple Watch with that right hand while lying in bed. After that, I started to worry if that would dirty the Watch, like my urine from my penis touched the Watch. Would that affect both me and my watch, thus dirtying it even further?

If my Apple Watch touches the front middle part of my pants, which also protects my penis, would the urine from the penis touches the Apple Watch and get it dirty with urine? Also, if I put my hand inside the collar of my shirt or touch the hair on my armpits or the penis area of my pants, do I have to wash my hands before going back to bed?
