Question : is this kind of a wart? how will i treat it? it is kind of hard skin.

Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
Doesn't look like a wart in this image. Looks more like hyperkeratotic eczema.
Perhaps you can upload a few more good quality images so that I am able to have a good look at it.
I would like to know have you peeled dead skin off its center? Or was it always like that.

Clinically doesn't look like a classic wart. Seems more like a hyperkeratotic eczema or a callosity.
I suggest you to apply a topical salicylic acid ointment 6-12% twice daily. It would gradually take off the thickened, rough skin off it.
