Question : My two year old kid sleeps on his stomach. Is it fine? I got to hear that it puts pressure on heart..

Hi,

Heart is lodged safely within the chest cavity. But there is no damaging heart changes due to sleeping prone (on the stomach). In other words there is no real pressure on the heart due to sleeping posture.

You need not be overly worried about your son's sleeping posture.
