Question : i AM A 79 YEAR OLD FEMALE RECENTLY WIDOWED WHO HAS BEEN TAKING OGEN FOR SEVERAL YEARS. DO I REALLY NEED THIS MEDICINE?

You can stop it

Hi dear and thanks for your query to HCM.

As you may already know Ogen is used to relive postmenopausal symptoms such as hot flushes , night sweats and vaginal dryness .

Hence even though you are recently widowed women you may have hot flushes after you will stop Ogen.

But you can stop it and observe how you stay in the due course of time .
If you start having any such above mentioned issues than you try to treat all those symptoms in a non-hormonal way also.
